WHO? The Church of Saint Lawrence opens its CYO Basketball program to 4th through 8th grade boys and girls. HOW MUCH? Cost for 4th through 8th grade team players is $125 each. ALL Families are asked to VOLUNTEER. Volunteer opportunities are listed on the registration form. You may elect to contribute a family donation of $25 in lieu of other volunteer opportunities. If you elect to volunteer your time, you will not be asked to contribute the $25 family donation. DEADLINE? Deadline to register is OCTOBER 8th. Team Rosters must be submitted to the League so we need to have our team rosters set! HOW DO I SIGN UP? GO REGISTER! All 1st time Catholic players must have a copy of their Birth Certificate and Baptismal Certificate ON FILE with us - mail copies in with your registration if necessary (instructions at end of registration process) QUESTIONS?
